Asthma

What is asthma? Come learn about how to care for your or your child’s asthma. Learn to recognize and manage asthma triggers, understand the value of an asthma action plan, recognize and respond to a breathing emergency, learn the difference between asthma medications, and what to ask your doctor. Demonstrations and practical hands on examples will be provided to assist in optimal asthma care.
