Starting Monday, Nov. 3, you’ll need a reservation to use six of the study rooms at Greenblatt Library.
Once the system goes live, reservations will be needed for the following rooms: AB2208 (the presentation room), AB2210, AB2211, AB2212, AB2213, and AB2214.
The other four study rooms, along with the individual and group study pods, will remain first-come, first-served. All study rooms at Reese Library already require a reservation.

Greenblatt Library will implement the same online reservation system currently used at Reese Library.
For those unfamiliar with the layout, once you reach the second floor of Greenblatt by elevator, the study rooms on the left side will require reservations, while those on the right will remain open for walk-ins. Clear signage will indicate which rooms require reservations.
The reservation slots will be for as little as one hour or as long as four hours, with a limit of four hours each day. The booking can be made either online or at the Access Services desk. The website will be available once the reservations go live.
A few important policies will apply:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and given to another student.
- Multiple missed or late reservations may result in loss of access to the reservation system for the semester or academic year.
- Identity verification will be required through Duo or by showing your university badge.
