Tonight Reese Library welcomed over 80 guests to University Hall for the opening night program of Pride and Passion: The African-American Baseball Experience.
The diverse crowd enjoyed a special viewing of Ken Burns’ Baseball followed by a provocative discussion with speakers Cliff Layton and Carl Long. A reception and special viewing of the exhibition followed in Reese Library. Guests enjoyed light refreshments and had an opportunity to converse with the speakers one on one. It truly was a great time had by all!
