Help! Your Libraries Need You!

Can you imagine a Georgia Regents University without Reese and Greenblatt Libraries? We can’t! But we also couldn’t imagine a University Libraries without the students, faculty, staff, and alumni that come through our doors every semester!

The University Libraries want to continue to provide you with best service and support that we can. In order to stay relevant, to serve the academic needs of the University, Health System, and individual students, and provide an inviting atmosphere that encourages learning, we need to continuously reevaluate our services and our libraries.

What has this got to do with you, you might ask?

If you fit one of those patron categories and have a valid GRU.edu email address, then last week you should have received an email asking you to complete a library satisfaction survey. We know your time is valuable so we kept it short and to-the-point. Consider taking a few minutes out of your busy day to give us your feedback! We are definitely listening to what you have to say.

You have until May 3rd to complete the survey, after which the link will no longer work. If you are having trouble finding the survey email in your post-Spring Break, email avalanche, try searching for “Library patron survey” in your inbox. It should come right to the top!

If you have any questions, you can call Reese Library at 706-737-1748 or Robert B. Greenblatt, MD Library at 706-721-3441. We look forward to hearing from you!
