Peace Exhibit & Diverse Cultures

The Augusta University College of Education will host a free, two-day exhibit called “From a Culture of Violence to a Culture of Peace: Transforming the Human Spirit” in the JSAC Ballroom on the Summerville campus April 25-26.

We will have a table at the exhibit featuring a selection of materials (books, electronic resources, and gov docs) , as well as bookmarks and a bibliography sheet for people to pick up. We also have a LibGuide that will be available on a laptop, should anyone want to explore more of our electronic databases.

The exhibit will take place on Monday and Tuesday from 8AM – 4PM in the JSAC Ballroom.  peaceThis event is supported by the Office of Student Life and Engagement, Reese Library, Academic Planning and Strategic Initiatives, Collegiate Middle Level Association, Confucius Institute, Gay-Straight Alliance, Lambda Alliance, Literacy Center, Peace Studies, Pre-nursing Societies, Special Education Program, Student Wellness Council, and SGI-USA.
