The Greenblatt Library computer area now features new furniture and a new IT Help Desk. The IT Help Desk is currently staffed from 11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesdays the Help Desk is staffed from 12:30 p.m. – 5 p.m. Additional hours will be added as more staff are hired.
The computer area is due to receive 40 new computers by the end of the year and is equipped with new monochrome and color printers for student, faculty, and staff use. Library patrons may use their JagCard or institutional ID number to process print requests. For further assistance with printing or questions about the computers, please visit the IT Help Desk during their operational hours or ask any member of Access Services at the Library Information Desk.
