In honor of Veterans Day, the AU Libraries staff is honoring its family members who served in the United States Armed Forces.
The display alternates every other year between Greenblatt and Reese libraries and is organized to honor the holiday. This year, it is at Greenblatt. In 2026, it will be housed at Reese.
In addition to honoring the staff’s family who served, a whiteboard placed next to the display allows students to honor their family and friends who served or currently serve in the military.
Veterans Day is celebrated on the anniversary of the end of the First World War, Nov. 11, 1918. Its purpose is to honor men and women in the armed services, past and present. The display will remain up throughout November.
