In November, the Reese Library Special Collections and Archives added a new preservation tool to its arsenal: the Zeutschel OmniScan C2 Scanner.
Special Collections and Archives will now be able to scan archival materials at a much higher quality than before. Special Collections and other library staff participated in a two-day training on the scanner, learning its uses and functions.
Special Collections Librarian, Courtney Berge, is excitedly planning some future digitization projects to put the Zeutschel to good use. Keep an eye out for newly digitized resources from the Reese Library Special Collections and Archives in the coming year.
