A new multimedia tutorial titled “How to Access Films on Demand” has recently launched on the Reese Library homepage! Watch here or find the tutorial under the “Get Help” dropdown menu on the Reese Library homepage. This tutorial is a continuation of our efforts in bringing virtual assistance to patrons so they can get help at anytime from anywhere. The Films on Demand tutorial shows patrons how to access the Films on Demand database through GALILEO and how to search for a specific film. The need for this tutorial became highly evident when several students did not know where to find films that they were assigned to watch.
