The Greenblatt Library, in association with the Equality Clinic of Augusta, is unveiling a new resource for the LGBT community. This resource is designed to highlight a variety of resources into one location. LGBT patients will be able to find consumer information sites, healthcare equality information (including insurance and documentation resources), major LGBT health organizations, and local resources. Providers will find information on creating a LGBT friendly environment, teaching about LGBT patient care, teaching LGBT students, medical and mental health resources, and major medical organizations that support LGBT health.
